Tracey Lynn Gallo (née Luff) passed away peacefully on June 24th, 2025 at home surrounded by family after a difficult and courageous battle with cancer. She was 57 years old. Daughter of Donald and Patricia Luff, Tracey was born on February 7, 1968 in Abington, PA.
Tracey was a warm light in this world. She lived for doting on her grandchildren, long games of Monopoly, competitive games of LCR, spending time at the beach, being surrounded by her family, going to brunch at Plumsteadville Inn, attending Bingo, and she never missed a good Reese’s Pieces sundae. She was an avid fan of Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers. She enjoyed partaking in retail therapy and watching the Phillies with her husband, John.
Tracey is survived by her mother, Patricia Luff; her loving husband, John Gallo; her children: April Rhein (Charles) and Thomas Delano (Emily); her step-children: Michael Gallo (Ron), Stephen Gallo (Shannon), and Jennifer Gallo; her beloved grandchildren: Chloe Rhein, Charles Rhein V, Thomas “Tj” Delano Jr., Eleanor Gallo, Jeremy Gallo, Madeline Gallo, and Hannah Gallo; her siblings: Donald Luff Jr., Lisa Matthews (Jack), Lindsay Luff (Mare), Todd Luff (Katie); and her dog, Annie. She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Luff.
Family and friends are invited to Tracey’s Celebration of Life on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home from 9:00am to 12:30pm followed by her memorial service. Tracey’s family encourages friends and family to wear her favorite color, purple.
