Vilma C. Sims

Born in Mahanoy City, PA, Mrs. Sims was an original Levittown homeowner and was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish.

She was a nurse who worked in several doctor's office in the local area, until her retirement.

Mrs. Sims enjoyed gardening, reading and traveling.

Beloved wife of the late Andrew, Mrs. Sims is the loving mother of Susan A. Moran (John), Andrew M. Sims (Paula) and Robert J. Sims.

She is the devoted grandmother of Claire, Kimberly, Robert A., Rhiannon, and Kathleen and the proud great grandmother of Ian, Bryce, Lucas and Nathan. She will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to call from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 21st at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 1787 Woodbourne Road, Levittown where her Divine Liturgy will be held at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Washington Crossing National Cemetery will be held at a later date.
