Walter A. Lowe

Walter A. Lowe died, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Aria Health Bucks Campus, Langhorne. He was 76.Born and raised in Philadelphia, Walter was a 1957 graduate of Northeast High School. He has been a resident of Middletown Township since 1973 and is a member of Emilie United Methodist Church in Levittown.Until his retirement, Walter was a Quality Control Inspector with Crown, Cork and Seal in Philadelphia for 35 years. After retiring he began working at The Brick Hotel in Newtown.He was an avid Flyers, Phillies and Eagles fan.Beloved husband of nearly 47 years to Rebecca (Higgins), Walter is the loving father of Shannon Lowe McLaughlin (Brian), Tracy Lowe-Morgan (Adam) and Kerith Roche (Kevin).He is the devoted grandfather of Taidhg, Tristan, Ronan, Alexi, Rylan, Broc, Liam and Greyson.Walter is also survived by his sister, Carole Blacknell (late William), and brothers, William A. Lowe (Gail) and Alexander Paul Lowe (Ruth).He will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at Emilie United Methodist Church, 7300 New Falls Road, Levittown, PA 19055, where his funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm.
