

Born and raised in Philadelphia, he was a resident of Levittown for over 65 years. Everyone knew him for his smile, generosity, fun and games. William was a retired Electrical inspector for the Department of General Services, and in his spare time a Electrician. William voluntarily served in the Army as a MP for four
years.
William is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Carole Ann (nee Kotsch); his son, William Jr, and his wife Carolyn of Pocono, PA; his daughters, Karen and her husband Leonard, and Kelly and her boyfriend, Christopher. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren John and girlfriend Kristen, Ashley and her fiancée Jake, William, Gabrielle and Madison, Paige, Quinn, and Rylee; his great grandchildren Kylie,
Skylar, and Nathan; his sisters, Janet and Husband Hank, and Gail, and many nieces and nephews.
William was preceded in death by his parents, William P. Sheaf and Eleanor Sheaf; daughter, VickiLee; and sisters, Carole and Joan.
It is the request of the family not to hold any service, and for all to remember William the way you saw him last.
