Alice Bragg Libby

14th, 2023, at the Hospice House in Auburn, ME. She was born on October 10th, 1943, to

Erlon and Laura Bragg of Sabattus, ME. After finishing school, she married the love of her life

Robert E. Libby of Auburn, Maine, together they would have four children. She spent her early

adult life working at various shoe shops as a skilled stitcher. Her hobbies included quilting,

sewing, gardening, putting puzzles together, but most of all she loved spending time with her

family. She was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who was in need.

She is survived by her daughters Arlene Cochran of Perry, FL; and Jeanine Reed and

husband Bruce Reed of Greene, ME; her sons Raymond Libby of Buckfield, ME; and Richard

Libby of Greene, ME; She is also survived by her brother Roland Bragg and his wife Roberta

of Wales, ME, as well as several Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren. Alice was

predeceased by her husband Robert Libby in 2013, and two older siblings Bob and Marie,

along with many other close family and friends throughout the years.

In lieu of flowers Alice’s family ask that donations be made to the Hospice House, 236

Stetson Rd. Auburn, ME 04210, for their excellent care and compassion in providing a

peaceful home like setting for their patients and family.

A Committal service will be held 2:00PM Friday February 24th at the Maine Veterans Cemetery Mt. Vernon Road Augusta
