

Anna was born on January 22, 1936, in Rumford, Maine to John and Lena Freve.
She married the love of her life, Normand Kirouac on May 7, 1955, and together they shared 56 wonderful years of marriage until Normand’s passing in 2011. They raised three daughters, Rena, Elaine and Diane.
Anna and Normand enjoyed traveling throughout the country, and cherished time spent at the beach with family. Friday nights family visits were a treasured tradition and brought her great joy.
Anna loved to read and was especially fond of word search puzzles. She also took great pride in cooking for her family; a way she showed her love and care for those around her.
Anna is survived by her daughter Rena Saucier (Steve) of Florida, Elaine Lehnig (Damon) of Florida and Diane Buzzell (Curtis) of Auburn, Maine; she is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was predeceased by her husband Normand Kirouac; her parents, John and Lena Freve; her sister Theresa Boulay; her brothers Philip and John; and her son-in-law Tom Caouette.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Odd Fellows Home and Andwell Hospice Care for the compassion, care, and dignity they provided to Anna while she bravely faced Alzheimer's Disease.
Funeral Services honoring Anna’s life will be celebrated on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM at The Fortin & Pinette Group in Lewiston. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 1-4 PM prior to the funeral at The Fortin & Pinette Group, 305 Alfred A. Plourde Parkway in Lewiston, 784-4023.
