

AUBURN - Bradley K. Berry, 67, a long time resident of South Paris, ME, died peacefully in his sleep with his children by his side on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn, ME, following a long illness. Brad was born in Framingham, MA on Oct. 3, 1952 to Dr. LeRoy E. Berry and Donilda (Primard) Berry. He grew up in Holliston, MA and graduated from North Yarmouth Academy in Maine class of 1971.
Brad lived in Massachusetts before he eventually settled down in Maine where he raised his family. He spent many years as a butcher at A. Arenas & Sons Inc. He worked at Gates Formed Fibre Products. Brad then completed school to become a master oil burner technician. He worked in this capacity for many years at CN Brown, Dead River, and McBurnie Oil & Country Gas; He eventually went on to start his own company “Berry’s Heating and Burner Service” to service the area.
Brad was a founder and 3 time winner of the annual Dioxin Derby held on Lake Winthrop in Holliston. He was an avid outdoorsman; you would often find him hunting or fishing. He also enjoyed playing cards, taking vacations and fishing trips to Cape Cod with family and friends, as well as trips to his camp in Rangeley.
He is survived by his son Justin Berry and wife Justine of Norway, ME, daughter Tanya Deanis and husband, Jarod, of Windham, ME, son Clayton Berry and wife Rebecca of Hartford, ME; his grandchildren Carter Berry, Camden Berry, and Addison Deanis; his brother Michael Tatarian Berry and wife Jackie of Westford, MA, as well as his nieces and nephews Tyler Berry, Elisa Collins and Brandon Berry. He is also survived by Jessica Toner Wood of South Carolina.
Brad is predeceased by his parents Dr. LeRoy E. Berry and Donilda Berry formerly of Holliston, MA, as well as his sister Karen Berry of Bryant Pond, ME.
A memorial service to celebrate Brad’s life will be held Saturday, January 11th at 11 a.m. at Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home, 305 Alfred A Plourde Pkwy, Lewiston, ME.
