Lisbon Falls - Debra S. Williams, 58, of Lisbon Falls, Maine, passed away on Wednesday July 12, 2017 at her home. She was born in Orlando, Florida, on March 2, 1959 a daughter of the late Marion and Helen (Ross) Bell. She grew up in Neptune N.J. where she graduated from High School. On February 17, 1979 she married Toby Williams. They moved to Maine in 1990 where they raised their young family. She was a member of The Pioneer Chapter # 11, Order of The Eastern Star. She enjoyed being a Navy wife and doing needlepoint; but spending time with her grandchildren is what brought her the greatest joy.She is survived by her husband Toby Williams, 3 children: Jeremy Williams and wife Candace of Lisbon Falls, Daphnie Williams of Lewiston, Jennifer Hogan and Husband Nicholas of Turner, 4 grandchildren: Evan, Deion, Chase and Emmalynn, 1 brother: Rusty Bell and Wife Judy as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Gordon Bell.
