Denise J. Poulin

She was born in Lake Megantic PQ Canada on August 25, 1951 the daughter of the late Alphonse and Rose (Laprise) Mercier.

She was educated in Lewiston schools.

She married Marcel L. Poulin on November 4, 1972 in Lewiston, Maine.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed for Billen Shoe and Falcon Shoe and later worked for Liberty Mutual for 24 years.

Denise is survived by her husband of 53 years, Marcel L. Poulin, of Lewiston; two sisters Madeleine Poulin and her husband Marc of Lewiston and Lucille Woodland and her husband Dennis of Florida; one brother Marcel Mercier and his wife Terry of both Monmouth and Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by one sister Lorette Pelletier; and a brother-in-law Roland Pelletier; and one brother Raymond Mercier.

Funeral Services honoring Denise's life will be celebrated on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM at The Fortin & Pinette Group in Lewiston. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 from 4-8 PM at The Fortin & Pinette Group 305 Alfred A. Plourde Parkway in Lewiston, 784-4023.
