Doris was the daughter of Conrad and Gertrude Martel. She grew up in Lewiston and married her husband Keith Roberts In 1964. Together they had 3 children.
Doris was a navy wife for 30 years as well as a teller at a Lewiston credit union.
She was a devoted grandmother and was actively involved with Holy Family Church until the death of her husband in 2010.
Doris is survived by her daughter Kathy and her husband John Ouellette of Lewiston and their sons Nathan and Jason, Mark Roberts of Oregon, and Kevin and his wife Anissa Roberts of Brunswick and their sons Scott, Lestat and Peter. She was predeceased by her brother Richard Martel.
A Funeral Mass honoring Doris’ life will be celebrated on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Church. Committal services will then follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home 305 Alfred A. Plourde Parkway in Lewiston 784-4023.
