Francis R. Dixon

He was born in West Minot, October 17, 1920, the son of Edward and Ella (Doble) Dixon. He attended Auburn schools, and served in the United States Army during World War II. He married his childhood sweetheart, the former Alice Moore, his second wife the former Audrey Jordan and his third wife was the former Edna Sinclair. Survivors include two daughters, Donna Kilkelly of Mechanic Falls, and Kathy Collins of Raymond, NH one son, Michael Dixon and wife Rachel of Lewiston; two step daughters, Sally Campbell of Mexico and Barbie Duguay of Westbrook. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. One of Mike’s favorite things was sharing talks with his grandson, Noah.

He was predeceased by one step daughter, Shirley Thibeault
