Joseph A. Brochu

He was born in Lewiston July 19, 1976 the son of Albert and Joan (Leeman) Brochu.

Joseph’s life’s passion was cooking and had worked as a cook in several area restaurants, and for the past 13 years was a cook at St. Mary’s Hospital.

He married the former Melissa Nadeau on August 1, 2015.

He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed playing horseshoes, barbecuing, and making camp fires. He also enjoyed snowmobiling and riding his Harley.

Survivors include his father Albert Brochu and step mom Sue of Skowhegan, his mother Joan Brochu and step father Bob Shaver; his wife Melissa Brochu of Greene, three daughters Alexia, Abigail, and Kaitlyn; two sisters, Melissa Dulac and companion Josh, and Jessica Leclair and husband Rick of Litchfield.

Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

BROCHU died in Auburn, May 13, 2018, Mr. Joseph A. Brochu age 41 years a resident of Greene.

Funeral services honoring Joseph’s life will be held THURSDAY May 17th 12:00PM at the funeral home.
