LEWISTON—Leo E. Pelletier, 83, of Lewiston passed away Thursday at Saint Marguerite d'Youville Pavilion following a brief illness surrounded by his family. He was born in Lewiston on May 10, 1929 a son of Cyprien and Marie (Albert) Pelletier. He grew up in the Lewiston area and attended Lewiston schools. Leo worked at Hill Mill as a weaver for 26 years. He also worked at Mailhot’s Best Sausage Co., Bates Fabric, and CMMC. He was a major Red Sox fan who always showed his support for the team and was also an avid bowler. Leo is survived by a brother, Roger Pelletier and his wife Gloria of Jacksonville, FL as well as many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by 3 brothers, Roland, Gerry and Emile.
