She was born in Portland, Maine on November 19, 1947 the daughter of the late Ruth and Stanley Brown of Cumberland.
Linda was a beloved mother who lived a free-spirited life. She enjoyed spending time with her family at BB’Q’s and other gatherings. She had a passion for music, dancing, driving, animals and loved taking care of her silky terrier Reese.
She is survived by her four daughters Lynn Dorrington, Lisa Dorrington, Lynnette Clark and Sara Gagnon; her three sons Allan Dorrington, Shaun Dorrington and Corey Brown; 15 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and her sister Carol Gagnon.
She was predeceased by her sister Sharon Mott.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Clover and Androscoggin Hospice for the care that they have given Linda.
