Maurice was born on October 9th, 1938, a son to Helon Omar and Emillien Bisson.
On May 18th, 1963, he married the love of his life, Jacqueline Cloutier.
He is survived by his wife Jackie, his son Danny, his daughters Sandy (Don Medeiros) and Tracy Roy. He also leaves behind his 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, his brother Don and his sisters Dolly Couture, Lucille Grenier and Susan Lessard (Paul).
He is predeceased by his parents, his son David and his brother Roger.
Per the families request, there will be no visitation at this time. A Mass of Christian Burial at the Basilica of Sts. Peter & Paul in the upper church will be held Monday, June 24, 2024 at 11:00 AM, followed by Committal Prayers at St. Peter's Cemetery.
