Born in Lewiston on April 19, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Hector and Florida (Girardin) Aube. Muriel married Earl M. Adams on February 14, 1943 at St. Louis Church.
She worked and volunteered at several local businesses and was given the Presidential Service Award in both 2009 and 2010 for her volunteer work at Central Maine Medical Center.
She valued hard work and independence. She was strong, wise and an inspiration to so many. She will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband Earl M. Adams and her son Michael D. Adams. She is survived by her son Harold, his wife Carol, her daughter in law Martha, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many other loving family and friends.
