He was born on August 3rd, 1938, a son to Felix and Violet (Boulay) Gagne. Normand was born in Lewiston. He attended local schools, remaining a lifelong resident of Lewiston.
He met the love of his life Doris Chabot and the two were married on October 3rd, 1958.
Norm was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed volunteering for many events, the Special Olympics Tootsie Roll Drive being one of his favorites. He was a member of the Board of Directors for Great Falls Credit Union and worked for many years at Knapp Shoe and Bates College.
In his free time, Norm loved being a Pepere to his beloved grandchildren. He also enjoyed watching the Red Sox and he loved riding motorcycles. He owned many of his own from Harleys to Hondas. This was something he often enjoyed with his wife Doris.
Norm is predeceased by his parents.
He leaves behind his beloved wife Doris Gagne, his three children Monique Labbay (David), Daniel Gagne and Anita Lalonde (David, previously deceased). He also leaves behind his 9 Grandchildren Zachary (Julie), Sasha (Roy), Benjamin (Natashia), Nicole (Thomas), Michael (Sara), Amy, Douglas (Jessica), Jessica (William), Desmond (Avery). He also leaves behind 12 Great Grandchildren.
