

He was born in Lewiston on March 7, 1949, the son of Lionel and Elvina (Caron) Biron.
Following his education, Paul served in the United States Army where he had fought during Desert Shield.
After serving his Country he was employed as a truck driver for Prime Trucking in Lewiston for many years.
Paul married the former Diane Vaillancourt on September 1, 1969 and were married for 0ver 53 years.
His hobbies included hockey, softball, bowling, and visiting grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Diane of Leeds, two daughters, Nicole Robichaud and husband, Wayne of Oxford, and Denise Powers of Walpole, NH; five brothers Gerard Biron and wife Pauline of Lisbon, Thomas Biron of Florida, Lionel Biron and wife Suzanne of Lewiston, Michael Biron and wife Michelle of Greene, and John Biron and wife Sharlena of New Gloucester. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Jennifer, Travis, and Justin Robichaud as well as four great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial honoring Paul’s life will be celebrated 11:00AM Friday January 13th at Sacred Heart Church. Committal prayers with military honors will be held 1:00PM Friday at the Maine Veterans Cemetery on Mt. Vernon Rd. in Augusta.
Family and friends are invited to visit Thursday January 12th from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home 305 Alfred Plourde Parkway Lewiston.
