This is the last time I saw you…  I enjoyed spending the time we had together, the phone conversation and the lunches.  Until we meet again.

Dad, I just listened to the message you left for my birthday... Nothing like hearing you sing to me.  Now I am glad I wasn't able to answer the phone that early morning, because I wouldn't have the sound of your voice on my phone. 
Now if I could just hear you answer this question one more time..... 
Me: How you doing?   Dad:  "Not too bad, for an old man, can't complain, wouldn't do a bit of good." 
 Until we meet again.  Here is the picture we took after I gave you your birthday hat from Hollywood.  I know you preferred the  Marine Corp hat, but put this one on for our picture.
