Lewiston - Robert R. Belanger 65, formerly of 264 Lincoln St. died Wednesday August 1, 2012 at Russell Park Rehabilitation Center where he resided for the past six years. Born in Lewiston October 21, 1946 a son of the late Willie and Yvette Cloutier Belanger, he was educated in Lewiston schools. He was married to the former Joanne Richer who died December 8, 1995. Bob was a member of the Prince of Peace Parish at The Basilica of Ss. Peter & Paul, and former member of St. Mary's Parish where he served as custodian, Pastime Club and the 20 MClub. He also worked as a custodian at the Auburn Mall. He is survived by his daughters, Christine Dodge of Turner and companion Leo Soucy, Denise Morin and husband Tim of Lisbon, a granddaughter Crystal Solomon and husband Ken Solomon grandsons Zachery Morin and Luke Soucy, great-grandson Gabriel Solomon.
