She was born in Taishan, China on January 14, 1923 the daughter of the late Mei Huan Huang and Yin Cai Li.
She married Yun Cheng Li; and he died on June 6, 2002.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.
Rui is survived by three sons and two daughters; ten grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by one grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 12:00 PM at The Fortin & Pinette Group in Lewiston. Committal services will then follow at St. Peter's Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:00 AM till 12:00 PM prior to the service at The Fortin & Pinette Group, 305 Alfred A. Plourde Parkway in Lewiston, 784-4023.
