AUBURN - Simone J. Taylor, 87, a resident of 146 Broad Street, Auburn died unexpectedly at her residence Monday March 11th at her home. She was born in Auburn April 25, 1925, the daughter of Joseph and Florida (Doyon) Berthiume.
Simone loved her family and was an at home Mom all her life. Her husband Ralph E. Taylor predeceased her on July 9, 2005 whom she had missed very much since his passing. Survivors include two sons, Thomas Taylor and wife Lois of Thomson, GA;and Michael Taylor and wife Carol of Otisfield; two daughters, Pamela Miller of N. Haverhill, NH; and Patricia Virgilo and husband Jim of Leesburg, FL; and one sister Celia Nelson and husband, Leland of Dade City, FL. 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren as well as her neighbor and good friend Pete Vondell. Funeral services honoring Simone's life will be held SATURDAY 1:00PM at the funeral home. Committal prayers to follow at Gracelawn Memorial Park, Auburn.
