Tammy Jean Sharma

Tammy Jean Sharma, of Lewiston, Maine, passed away on July 2, 2026, at the age of 66. Born on May 9, 1960, in Brunswick, Maine, Tammy’s life was rooted in Maine, where she lived, worked, and remained connected to the people and places that mattered most to her.

Tammy built her career as a Behavioral Health Professional, a role that reflected her commitment to helping others. Beyond her work, she found joy in the simple and meaningful parts of life. She enjoyed the Common Ground country fair, the ocean, baking, holiday cooking, and visits with family and friends, moments that brought her happiness and created lasting memories with those she loved.

She is survived by her children, Ravi Sharma and his wife, Kristin Sharma; Kavita Sharma-Nason and her husband, Jacob Nason; her children's father, Chander Sharma; her sisters, Sharon Haines, Kim Southam, Victoria Morong Brill, Gail Gorman, and Pam Delano; her brother, Joseph Southam; and her grandchildren, Jonah Nason, Eashan Sharma, Priya Sharma, and Kira Nason as well as many nieces and nephews. Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Priscilla Southam; her father, Earl Page Jr.; her adoptive parents, Richard and Dorothy Morong; her brother, Earl Page III; and her sister, Paula Collin.

Her life will be remembered with love by her family and all who were fortunate to know her. The time she spent with family and friends, along with the traditions she cherished, will remain part of the memories they hold close. Her presence will be deeply missed and always remembered.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 13th, at Fortin and Pinette, 217 Turner Street, Auburn, ME, from 4-6 PM. A Celebration of Life will follow on Tuesday, July 14th, at the Lisbon Left Hand Club, Old County Road, Lisbon, ME, from 5-9 PM.
