Alan loved God, his family and his music. He was a member of Beulah Methodist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Arthur Carl and Judith Kneece Tompkins; a brother, Ashley Tompkins (Tammy); nieces, Ashley Hawk (Kenny) and Amanda Hallman (Patrick); and too many wonderful cousins to mention. He is also survived by two loving caregivers, Jeanette Jackson and Christy Boyd.
He was predeceased by his uncle, Burnett and aunt, Dot Smith.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 3:00p.m. at Beulah Methodist Church, 161 Beulah Church Road, Gilbert, SC. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be after the burial.
Memorials may be made to Beulah Methodist Church.
