LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Alfred J. Senn, 89, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with interment in Celestial Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at the funeral home.
Mr. Senn was born July 15, 1923 in Lexington County and passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2013. He was a member of Taylor Evangelical Methodist Church. He served his country during World War II in the United States Army. He was a retired mechanic. Mr. Senn set up every Saturday at the Barnyard Flea Market selling antiques.
Mr. Senn is survived by his sons, Charles Senn of Lexington, Donnie Senn of Pelion and Jacky Senn of Lexington; daughter, Tammy Sloan of Fayetteville, NC; sister, Mary Martin of Ballentine, SC; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Lila Amick Senn and daughter, Jane.
