Ann lived a life devoted to her family, work and gardening. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Michael, and her adored son, Justin.
Ann dedicated over 52 years of service to Lexington County, spending the majority of that time as the respected Clerk of the Probate Court. Her knowledge and no-nonsense approach made her a guiding force in the court—whether you needed help figuring something out or just needed to be put in line, you could always count on Ann to straighten you out. She will be deeply missed by her colleagues and friends throughout the legal community.
When not at work, Ann found joy in spending time with her family, including her “fur babies” Jethro and Lexi, gardening and collecting ladybugs. Her spunky, loving spirit and unwavering devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
The family will receive visitors at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home in Lexington on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will immediately follow at Red Bank Baptist Church Cemetery.
