

LEXINGTON - Annie Laurie Mack, 87, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 8, 2012 at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church with a private burial prior to the service at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Dr. Dennis Bolton and the Rev. Dr. Pat Riddle will conduct the services. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
Mrs. Mack was born October 4, 1924 in Barton, SC. She was a daughter of the late John E. Bryan and Myrtie S. Cox Bryan. Mrs. Mack was a member of St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church. She attended the Barbizon School of Modeling in New York City. She was a bookkeeper at the Lexington County Court House and the Insurance Center of Lexington. Mrs. Mack was well known for her peanut brittle and pimento cheese. She was also known for her sparkle, bling, jewelry and bedazzled attire.
Mrs. Mack was survived by her husband, Arthur E. Mack of Lexington; daughters, Kay (Jimmy) Berry of Lexington, Rosanne (Norman) Presto of Lexington; grandchildren, Allison (John) Pellet of Leesburg, Virginia and Dillon Presto of Lexington; sisters-in-law, Frances Mack, Olga Renard and Carol Pellerin of Lexington; loving nephew, Bryan Drafts of Columbia; special friend, Nancy Harmon of Lexington; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express appreciation and thank you to Hospice Care of Tri-County, NHC Home Health, the staff of Lexington Medical Center and Agape Hospice House.
