Bernadetta Schikora Hanlin

LEXINGTON – A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Bernadetta Schikora Hanlin, 63, at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church with an English Tea to follow. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. Mrs. Hanlin was born March 18, 1951 and passed away on Monday, August 18, 2014. She was a daughter of the late Paul Schikora and B. Ceil Derek Schikora. She was a member of Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church and was a wonderful Christian woman and wife and had a very forgiving heart. She was a Stephen’s Ministry Leader. Surviving are her husband, Ronald Hanlin of Lexington; sons, Mike Dean, Jr. of Boulder, CO and Jeremy Dean (Jenny) of Lake Orion, MI; granddaughter, Carly Dean and sister, Catherine (Bruce) Sayer of Niles, MI.
