Mrs. Rawl graduated from Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in 1952. She was a retired nurse from Lexington Extended Care (F.K.A.) Rikard Nursing Home for 42 years of devoted service.
She was predeceased by her parents, George and Christine Britt; husband, Carroll E. Rawl, Sr, and grandson, George William Rawl.
She is survived by her five children: Richard J. Rawl (Jo), Carroll E Rawl, Jr. (Angie), Deborah J. Reynolds (John), Christie A. Rawl, and Michael R. Rawl (Rachelle).
Visitation will be held at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 12. Graveside services will be held at Celestial Memorial Gardens on Friday, November 12 at 3:00 p.m.
