Caroline was the beloved wife of the late Grady Owen Lindler, and their marriage was a testament to love and commitment. Together, they built a beautiful life and a family that continues to carry their legacy of love, faith, and togetherness.
She is survived by her children: Tommy Lindler (Carla), LeeAnn Lindler Crapps (Jeffrey), and Buddy Lindler (Jennifer). She was a proud and doting grandmother to Alden Crapps (Abby), Ean Crapps, Troy Crapps, Tanner Lindler (Laurin), Cohen Lindler, Mayley Lindler, and Ashton Lindler. Her great-grandchildren, McKinley and Lainey Crapps, and Beau Lindler, brought her immense joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Caroline's love extended beyond her immediate family. She was a sister to Murville Amick, Blanche Price (Charlie), David Harmon, Sr., and John Marshall Harmon, and a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews who held her dear to their hearts.
In addition to her deep love for her family, Caroline had a special gift for caring for children. Whether she was tending to her own or lending a hand to friends and neighbors, she had a nurturing spirit that left a lasting impression on all the little ones she lovingly guided.
Caroline also had a passion for gardening and found great joy in cultivating beautiful flowers. Her garden was a place of peace and beauty, bursting with vibrant colors, and she took pride in growing many, many flowers over the years. Her green thumb and tender care for her garden mirrored the way she cared for those around her—nurturing them with love, patience, and attention.
She is now reunited with those who preceded her in death, including her siblings, Edgebert “Buddy” Harmon, Nancy Prince, Elvena Bickley, Madeline Pryor, and Clarence Ray Harmon. Though her physical presence will be deeply missed, Caroline’s spirit, warmth, and the many memories she created with those she loved will live on forever.
Caroline’s life was one of grace, kindness, and a love that knew no bounds. She will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her dedication to her family, the children she cared for, and the garden of flowers she so lovingly tended. Her legacy blooms in the hearts of all who knew her and in her backyard.
