LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Carolyn Saye “Lyn” Park will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with interment to follow at St. Albans Episcopal Church Cemetery. Carolyn Saye “Lyn” Park, 57, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 9, 2011. Born in Charleston and raised in Columbia, she was the daughter of Sam W. Allen and the late Carolyn Saye Allen. She was a wonderful, loving and dedicated mother, friend and rescuer of all animals.
“Lyn” is survived by her sons, Thomas Branson Stafford, Jr. and David Jay Tablas; father, Sam W. Allen; and stepmother, Grace T. Allen. She was predeceased by her daughter, Heather Ashley Stafford.
