GASTON - Cecelia Ann “Sibbi” Waters, 62, of Gaston, SC passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 12, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer, keeping her unique sense of humor through the entire journey. She was the daughter of Patty L. Hutto and the late Virgil J. Hutto.
She is survived by her son, Bobby Schepler (Daniela); daughters, Heather Lemmond (John), Joni Miller (Terry); sisters, Shirley Smith, Jacqueline Hutto, Brenda Steele, Donna Hutto; brother, Michael Hutto and her grandchildren, Adam, Jackson, Jourdan, Jacob, Sarah and Emerson. She was predeceased by her father, daughter, Patricia Schepler; sister, Abbie Hutto and a brother, John Hutto.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Pelion, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the gravesite.
