LEXINGTON - Christopher B. Kannaday, 34, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2012 after a year and a half battle with dialysis. He was born August 22, 1978. He was predeceased by his mother, Sharon Denise Kannaday and a sister, Jessica Kannaday. He is survived by his father, Michael, brothers, Greg, Jon, Robert and Kevin; sister, Kelly, aunt, Melody Morrison who gave him loving care throughout his illness, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A casual memorial service will be held at St. David Lutheran Church Cemetery on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
