LEXINGTON – Graveside service for Clarence Adkins, 76, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Lexington Memorial Cemetery in Lexington, SC. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
Mr. Adkins was born on May 27, 1937 in Huntington, WV and passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2013. He was a son of the late Ancil Adkins and Maggie Lawhorn Adkins. He served in the US Air force and retired from McCrory Construction Company as a Superintendent. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Surviving are his wife, Pauline Frye Adkins of Pelion; daughter, Sandra Adkins Bise of Pelion; son, Rusty Adkins (Joann Jeffcoat Adkins) of Pelion and granddaughter, Maggie Jo Adkins.
