Doris C Ingram

LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Doris C. Ingram, 90, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with interment in Woodridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Lexington Baptist Church Building Fund, 308 E. Main Street, Lexington, SC 29072, the Alzheimer’s Association, 140 Stoneridge Dr. Ste. 210, Columbia, SC 29210 or a charity of one’s choice.

Mrs. Ingram was born March 29, 1924 in Cayce, SC and passed away Sunday, December 28, 2014. She was a daughter of the late Lewie Goodwin and Lila Mae Spradley Goodwin. She was a member of the Lexington Baptist Church and worked as a beautician at Rikard’s Nursing Home for 20 years.

Mrs. Ingram is survived by her daughter, Janice Ingram Buff (Ronald); son, Larry Ingram (Dotty); grandchildren, Shannon Canady (Ray), Kyle Buff (Pollyanna) and Kevin Ingram (Sonya); great grandchildren, Kalie and Karson Canady, Dillon and Aaron Buff and Landon Ingram all of Lexington; sisters, Retha Wessinger of Lexington, Betty Bagwell of Columbia and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Byron Ingram; brothers, Edward, Harrison, Everett and Richard Goodwin and sister, Helen McLaughlin.
