LEXINGTON-Funeral services for Elizabeth Mary Brown, 82, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2011 at Lexington United Methodist Church with interment to follow at Woodridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Agnes Rogers Circle. Memorials may be made to Lexington United Methodist Church, 309 East Main Street, Lexington, South Carolina 29072.

Mrs. Brown was born March 8, 1929 in Sellersville, Pennsylvania and passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2011. She was a daughter of the late Elizabeth Perkins and Charles Luecke. Mrs. Brown was a member of United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the United Methodist Women, Agnes Rogers Circle. She volunteered for LICS and the Nancy K. Perry Children’s Shelter.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her son, Allen D. Brown of Lawrenceville, GA; daughters, Donna Brown of Chapin and Deanna McGee of Lexington; grandsons, Miles Allen McGee, Marshal Evan McGee, Morgan Huntley McGee and Memphis Parker McGee; sister, Jane Walch of Hilltown, PA; brothers, Edward Luecke of Hilltown, PA and Earl Luecke of Orlando, FL. Mrs. Brown was predeceased by her husband John Allen Brown; son, John Daniel Brown; and 7 siblings; and loving Aunt and Guardian, Genevieve Perkins.
