Graciela Hanbury

LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Graciela Pomar Hanbury, 51, will be held at 12:00 Noon Thursday, May 19, 2011 at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church with interment in Bush River Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.

Mrs. Hanbury was born July 19, 1959 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and passed away after a long battle with cancer on Tuesday, May 17, 2011. She was a daughter of Rafael Abreu and Teresa M. Aquilanti Abreu. Graciela was a very loving daughter, mother and friend and served as an example of how to live life and her faith kept her strong.

Mrs. Hanbury is survived by her parents, Teresa and Rafael Abreu of Argentina; husband, Tim Hanbury; son, Alexander J. “Alex” Hanbury both of Lexington; best friend, Patty Buckley; father-in-law, Timothy Hanbury and sister-in-law, Dody Hanbury both of Connecticut.
