He is survived by his son, Christopher Scott Collins (Kim); granddaughter, Nicole Sustarr Fallaw (Channing); grandsons, Colby Medley (Frances), Lachlan Medley and great-grandson, Emmett Medley. He was predeceased by his wife, Nancy Linburg Collins and a son, Mark Collins.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, with interment in the Florence Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
