LEXINGTON – Jack R. Jolly, 69, died Wednesday, July 18, 2012. Born February 8, 1943 in Statesville, NC to the late Joe S and Florence Patterson Jolly.
Of his many interest, his love and true talent was training pleasure horses.
He is survived by his wife, Ada Rawls Jolly; one daughter, Erin Collins Cornish (Brian); granddaughters, Grayson and Rowan of Windham, Maine; sisters, Josephine Dowell and Pat Bell; brothers, Joe S. Jr., Dale and Terry Jolly. He was preceded in death by sister, Peggy Hayes and brothers, Bill and Frank Jolly.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Holy Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. A Celebration of Jack’s life will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon at Jolly Farm in the back pasture. Memorials may be given to Holy Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2920 Pella Avenue, West Columbia, SC 29170 or to the Lutheran Hospice, 1505 Blanding Street, Columbia, SC 29201.
