Jacob grew up in Aiken and Lexington, where his days were filled with the simple joys of childhood—video games, sports, riding bikes, and playing in the mud. Though small in stature, he carried a presence that felt larger than life, and his laughter had a way of bringing lightness and fun to the moments shared with him.
He worked as a grave digger for Lexington Burial Service and was an avid equipment operator. Jacob took pride in his work and especially loved demonstrating his skill with machine work, finding satisfaction in doing the job well and in showing others what he could do.
Above all, Jacob was a devoted father and a loyal friend to those who knew him. He is survived by his two daughters, Ava Grace and Adalynn Rose. He was preceded in death by his first daughter, Ariel.
Jacob will be remembered with respect and affection—for his steady care for his family, his friendship, and the unmistakable spirit he brought into the lives around him.
