Not a day or many hours have past since last Saturday that Jim has not been on my mind.

Like so many others who encountered Jim along the way, he jumped into my life, became a friend, mentor and a cornerstone of advice, wit and wisdom. I am where I am today in large part because Jim guided, pointed and took me here. Many others could say the same thing.

Like his family, friends and many of us at Veolia Environmental Services, we will miss him terribly............... especially those hilarious emails. Jim, you had a great perspective on life and thanks for sharing that with so many of us!! I am saving them all.

As only God can do in times like this, may He comfort and support Jim's family and all those who grieve losing this great man!!

Mrs. Staehr, I have not had the opportunity to meet you, but our youngest son has. Chad came with Tyler, Jay and Angela to your Lake Murray home. Chad plays with Tyler and his neighbor Cody and may have met Mr. Staehr there also. We just wanted you to know how deeply saddened we are for your loss. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Richard, Donna, Austin & Chad Denton
