LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Janice Peagler Harman, 65, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 10, 2011 at Oakwood Baptist Church with interment to follow in Woodridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to Oakwood Baptist Church Building Fund, 3520 Mineral Springs Road, Lexington, SC 29073. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Mrs. Harman was born July 28, 1945 in Columbia, SC and passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2011. She was a daughter of the late Harold E. Peagler and Margaret Hammond Peagler. She was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church.

Mrs. Harman is survived by her husband, William K. Harman, Sr. of Lexington; daughters, Caroline Harman of Lexington and Gayle Harman Crapps (Randy) of Gilbert; son, William Kleckley “Kleck” Harman, Jr. (Carey) of Lexington; grandchildren, Victoria and Brandon Rabon, Reed, Harman and Haydan Crapps, Weston, Ryan and Mallory Harman.
