Jean Louise LaDue was born on March 16, 1947. At the time of her death she was 78, she died peacefully on November 17, 2025 in Lexington Medical Center. Jean was born to Floyd U. Benjamin and Dolores Ellen Werkheiser in Sayre, PA.
She was predeceased by five siblings; sisters, Cherie Benjamin and Mazie Benjamin; brothers, Fredrick Benjamin and John Benjamin.
She married Roger LaDue on December 14, 1968.
She is survived by her sons, Duane Robert LaDue and Jason Todd LaDue (Sara). Jason and Sara have two children, Jason Todd LaDue and Wyatt LaDue. Duane has two children, Katelyn and Cheryl Lynn LaDue. She is also survived by her three great-grandchildren, Charles, Hunter and Sophia.
Jean was a proud military wife who raised both of her kids and believed that family was the most important thing in life. She also loved to travel when the opportunity arose.
A visitation will be held on Thursday November 20, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Caughman Harman Funeral Home - Lexington Chapel 503 N. Lake Dr. Lexington, SC 29072.
A funeral service will be held on Friday November 21, 2025 at 10:00 am at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Rd. Columbia, SC.
