She was predeceased by her husband, Charles R. Blackburn, and son, Charles R. Blackburn, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Jeanne Greene Williamson of Beaufort, SC; son, Randall S. Blackburn (Nancy) of Lexington, SC; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Blackburn graduated from Bethel College and Western Kentucky University. She retired from Bankers Trust (Bank of America).
A private memorial service will be held for the family in Providence, Kentucky.
