Jeff Groff was born in Falls Church, VA on March 20, 1962 and died on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. He moved to South Carolina with his family, where he graduated from Irmo High School and attended Midland’s Technical College. He was a partner in Groff’s Jeweler in Irmo, SC until 2001 and was recently employed at UPS. He was the son of the late Robert Groff and Becky Evans Groff. Jeff was also predeceased by his brother, Gary Groff.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Tracy Shull Groff; his brother, David Groff; sister, Cindy Groff Wourms; a niece, Tanya Anysz; an additional niece and nephew, and four grand-nephews.
A visitation for Jeff will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home located at 503 North Lake Drive, Lexington, SC 29072. The interment will take place at 11:30 AM at Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church, 3050 Leaphart Road, West Columbia, SC 29169.
