GILBERT – Johnny Lee Dodge, age 58, of Gilbert, SC passed away at home on Thursday, February 3, 2011. He was the son of Donna L. Dodge of Clearfield, Pennsylvania and the late Walter A. Dodge of Gilbert, SC. He is survived by his wife, Kathy L. Dodge; his son, Robert W. Dodge; his daughters, Teresa A. Oxendine, Meagan L. Kennedy, and Michelle L. Kennedy; 2 brothers; 1 sister; 6 step-brothers and sisters; 8 grandchildren, and other loving relatives and friends. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving during the Vietnam War. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 7 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, 503 North Lake Drive, Lexington, SC. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 8 at Fort Jackson National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your local VFW post.
