LEXINGTON – A graveside service will be held for Joy J. Kelley, 91, at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 18, 2013 in Lexington Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to the service at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lexington Baptist Church, 308 E. Main Street, Lexington, SC 29072 or the Gideon International, P.O. Box 210263, Columbia, SC 29221.
Mrs. Kelley was born July 9, 1921 in Galatia, IL and passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 1913. She was a daughter of the late Lee Jones and Olive Reed Jones. Mrs. Kelley was a member of Lexington Baptist Church.
Mrs. Kelley is survived by her children, Betty K. Stafford (James) of Aiken, Paul R. Kelley (Kathy) of Johnson City, TN and Frank C. Kelley, Jr. (Cynthia) of Lexington and 6 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sisters, Elizabeth Jones, Jackie Rowe and husband, Frank C. Kelley, Sr.
