He was survived by his daughter, Mandi K. Bloxom; son, Mason K. Bloxom; stepdaughter, Heather L. Barnhill; stepsons, Andy J. and Lane A. Bloxom, Tony M. Beall; grandchildren, Olivia Bloxom, Sophia Bloxom, and Ava Bloxom; and Tanya Bloxom, his dear wife of 17 years.
Kelly served in law enforcement starting out as a cadet, ended his career as an investigator and sergeant for West Columbia. He was very passionate about the law and helping others in need. After his service, he managed a business with his long-term friends who became family.
Kelly touched the lives of many people. He was known for his blunt honesty paired with his charismatic humor. He enjoyed gardening and landscaping; he was prideful of his collection of tools and loved spending time in his garage working on things.
Kelly’s final wish was to be cremated and laid to rest under an apple tree on his land where he called home for 16 years. He was accompanied by his close family and friends during that time.
He is deeply loved and will be truly missed by many. We will forever carry his memory in our hearts.
Kelly’s burial will be held privately, and his celebration of life will be held at the American Legion in Lexington.
