

Born on June 29, 1963, in Buffalo, New York, Kelly was the son of the late Harry C. Logan and Althea Logan. He was a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned a degree in Retail Management.
Kelly began his professional career in construction before transitioning into heavy equipment sales, where he spent much of his career. He worked for Quadco, Komatsu, Michelin, and most recently CAMSO, and was well respected for his knowledge, dedication, and strong work ethic. In addition, Kelly worked part-time for many years as the Range Master at Shooter’s Choice, a role he greatly enjoyed and took pride in.
Outside of his career, Kelly enjoyed working out, shooting, and was an avid follower of politics. He approached life with determination and enthusiasm and was deeply devoted to his family.
Kelly was a true people person who made friends wherever he went. He had a natural ability to connect others and took pride in helping people find solutions to challenges they faced. Though he could be tough, those who knew him well knew he was a big softie when it came to the people he loved.
Kelly was married to Lori Shaffer Logan for 28 years. He was a loving husband and a proud father to his two sons, Connor Michael Logan and Joshua Matthew Logan. He is also survived by his mother, Althea Logan; and his sister, Michele Johnson, and her husband, Rusty Johnson.
A funeral service will be held at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, 503 North Lake Drive, Lexington, SC 29072 on Saturday, February 7, at 11:00 a.m.
Kelly will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his strength, generosity, and the genuine connections he made with everyone he met.
