LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Kenneth Norman Striebel, 83, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 28, 2014 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with interment at 1:00 p.m. in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Striebel was born September 29, 1930 in South Haven, Michigan to Louis and Lucile Striebel. He passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2014. Ken was a 1952 graduate of Purdue University School of Pharmacy and served his country in the United States Army Medical Corp during the Korean War. Ken worked in pharmaceutical and chemical sales. Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Joyce Ellen Royal Striebel; children, Mark Striebel (Edythe), Carrie Fletcher (Wayne) and Krista Hillis; brothers Robert Striebel (deceased) and Richard Striebel; grandchildren, Logan Striebel Barber, Kyle Fletcher, Grayson Striebel, Ryan Fletcher, Avery Striebel, Tanner Hillis and Reid Hillis.
